Job Description & Requirements

• Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for every child.
• Communicate with parents via the APP, weekly team newsletters and conferences.
• Meet the parents to address any concerns.
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom.
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Be familiarised with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals.
• Guide and lead the English language department

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

• Fluent in English/Chinese Language (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in English or Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language and also to communicate in Chinese speaking parents and students)
• Creative and inspiring with loving energy
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Knowledge in educational development

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to create concept designs for sales proposal and as well as detail design for confirmed projects;
• Ability in selecting the right components, design of fabrication items as well as working with vendors/sub-con for assigned projects;
• Responsible for planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time and also managing the projects’ budget;
• Exhibit a level of creativity and ingenuity, as well as problem solving skills, to provide reliable, cost-effective solutions to design issues and attend to customers’ enquiries;
• Working with respective project engineer and assembly team on project schedule management, budget management, as well as customer’s review/discussion.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in related process manufacturing
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Working knowledge of high-level communication protocols and troubleshooting skill
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Able to work under very tight project timeline
• Independent and good team player
• Willingness to travel overseas, as required
