As a Project Manager for Cloud Migration, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications from on-prem to AWS Cloud. You will work closely with solution architects, cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and cloud architects, to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration projects. Your role will involve managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring that projects meet business objectives and comply with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

You will be directly reporting to our IT Support & Helpdesk Manager, based in London. The Desktop Support Engineer will be required to research issues and bring resolution to complex problems. 

The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering.  This is a 5-day in office role.

The role will provide many learning opportunities such as Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online, MS Teams Administration, Endpoint Management (InTune), Azure and Active Directory Identity Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Support Role:

o   Provide desktop support to the end users (trade floor and operations). This includes: installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of hardware (e.g. printers/scanners) equipment.

o   Provide in office and remote support to our Singapore users.

o   Setup all video and audio conference calls in our Singapore office.

o   Support, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software updates on the trade floor

o   Perform PC workstation moves, add, changes.

The Vice President of Brand & Marketing leads the brand marketing for CNBC internationally, ensuring the brand is positioned for growth with our audience and distribution partners across multiple countries and regions. The role is responsible for coming up with wholistic marketing plans for the quarter and the year, collating and organizing brand marketing assets including on-air promos, signage and digital units, ensuring we are using our house inventory to maximum effect and working with partners on barter opportunities. • Develop strategic policy positions, in partnership with Visa’s Global Policy team, that foster potential business partnerships with national and sub-national government agencies in the delivery of social services, payment of taxes, and other potential government programs that may benefit from the application of electronic payments
   

Partnership, Collaboration, Influence

• Partner and collaborate with the AP leadership team, country management throughout the region as well as global key stakeholders to drive Visa’s local and regional policy priorities
• Facilitate regional and global business subject matter expert interactions and briefings with relevant regulators and government officials
• Manage compliance with all relevant corporate policies and legal requirements related to political participation and activity throughout the region, ensure utmost respect for and adherence to ethical behavior standards within the AP government engagement team and broader AP business
• Establish and maintain appropriate contact with counterparts and other industry participants (incl, client institutions, FinTechs, and other payment sector stakeholders)
• Coordinate management of any potential global, local and regional issues
