Description

The Executive provides operational support for the Radio's traffic news thru insertion by managing the Zetta playlist. This role involves closely monitoring a WhatsApp group chat to ensure traffic updates triggers are implemented and executed across radio stations as per instructions in the required time manner.

The role requires continuous monitoring of the designated WhatsApp group chat and to remain vigilant with any activation and follow up promptly. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the correct files (audio clips) are selected and played accurately according to the activation message received in the group chat. The ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the ICA WhatsApp group chat for any activation and message version updates
• Ensure meticulous execution of the correct message version
• Insert the designated message version every 30 minutes for the specified duration
• Manage station-specific content versions without cross-sharing between stations

Job Purpose

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support organizational planning, developmental and implementation activities based on strategic plans. This includes facilitating change management to align stakeholders to the strategic objectives as well as performance measure

It may also require researching for information on the subject matter, discussion with stakeholders to gather inputs and tracking of project with regular summary.

AP team under Singapore finance team provides AP capabilities through a centralized management model that supports business growth by delivering standard, optimized and scalable AP processes.

This role will be responsible for the daily AP transactions and ensure accuracy in recording and reporting, protecting company financial interests, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This position requires on-site work.

What You Will Do:

• Verify and process assigned payment requests on daily basis
