Job Overview

Anchor General Practitioner (GP)/ Family Physician (FP) of the clinic to deliver holistic and continued medical care to patients of all age groups. Your primary focus will be on the provision of medical consultations, management of chronic disease, counselling and follow-up of preventive care strategies through health screenings and vaccinations.

Qualifications

· Doctor of Medicine, MD or M.B.B.S

· Valid Practicing Certificate (Full Registration) with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)

· Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (BCLS)

· Malpractice Indemnity Cover

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience post-graduation

· Prior experience as General Practitioner or Family Physician

· Post-Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and follow-up patients with acute and chronic medical conditions

· Health screenings and preventive care

· Vaccinations and immunizations for children, adults and seniors

· Collaborate and communicate with specialists and allied health professionals in the continued care of patients with complex chronic medical conditions

· Emergency care and simple procedures such as toilet and suturing, incision and drainage and nail avulsions

· Trace and follow-up on investigations such as laboratory tests/ imaging results

· Participate in Group level discussions to optimize care delivery to patients

Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Management

Required Competencies

Technical Competencies
