  Retain and grow existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities for upselling additional services and programs.
  
• Market Intelligence & Lead Generation:Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and challenges in the financial services industry to ensure your sales strategies remain relevant and effective.
  Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and the development of effective campaigns.
  
• Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM toolss
  Report regularly on sales progress, performance against targets, pipeline health, and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.
  Provide detailed feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform the company's product development and customer success strategies.
  
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with trainers, product, customer success, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  Provide feedback to internal teams based on client insights to help refine offerings and improve customer experience.
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling e-learning, training solutions, or SaaS products to the financial services or other corporate sectors
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including the unique challenges faced by financial institutions around compliance, training, and employee development.
• A demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals and generate consistent revenue growth in a competitive market.
