DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helps to ensure that all hair stylist assistants and beauticians properly welcome customers making the latter feel at ease and comfortable during their visit to the salon

• Provides clients with assistance and advice when needed, especially when offering colour services.
• Ascertains that patch testing is conducted as the case may be
• Assists to ensure that all client record cards are filled out by junior hair stylists for all colour and perm appointments
• Keeps the work space clean and instruments sanitized after each customer
• Ensures the promotion and showing of retail items to customers
• Guarantees that complaints/customer feedback are addressed inside the salon first, with the help of the salon managers and conducts investigations as needed
• Ensures that all necessary infection control and prevention measures are followed at all times
• Reports to the senior managers any concerns that might jeopardize the health, safety, or well-being of customers or team members
• Undertakes any other assigned ad-hoc duties as the business requires

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level-III Certification in Hairdressing
• Three (3) to five (5) years hands-on experience in hair care and hair style
• Excellent hair styling and perming skills
• Able to grasp business requirements and processes
• Good communication skills
• Enjoys interacting with customers

Duties:
