We are looking for L2 Application Ops Engineer to join our Application Services department to help us implement DevOps and accelerate the bank’s transformation. This a very hands-on technical role to drive continuous improvement initiatives on top of day-to-day BAU support. Mission

The L2 Application OPS Engineer is responsible to ensure production stability and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications in scope. Main responsibilities

You will mainly be responsible for:

• Performing all run activities in respect of the company's process, ensuring :

Qualifications and Profile

The position requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role.

Functional

• No functional skills required. Experience in a banking environment is obviously a plus.

Technical and process

• Preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience with UNIX environments

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scripting languages such as Python, Powershell

• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in any of these tools and technologies such as Ansible, Gitlab, Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with task schedulers such as Control-M

• Good understanding of IT ecosystems and application architectures
