Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
• Ensure that software packages and programs are well documented and have reasonable test coverage
• Collaborate closely with other internal technical teams/business users in investigating, testing and deployments

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage demand planning and ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels in distribution centers and warehouses
• Collaborate with a team of inventory planners to meet Service Level and Costing KPIs while resolving operational issues
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/full-time standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract. Requirements

· RTO should be a polytechnic graduate or hold an equivalent qualification. He shall be registered with the BCA and accredited with the JAC (IES-ACES).

· RTO should have 3 - 5 years’ experience in supervision of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Landscape Architectural works.

· Be conversant in local legislation, regulations, and codes.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, client and subcontractor management, design adherence, budget control, and sourcing materials. The PM will work closely with design teams and clients to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met.

1. Time Line Management

• Develop comprehensive project timelines and manage order of project fabrication.
• Identify critical time frames and allocate time slots to finalise designs with the design team.
