The channel sales personnel is responsible for executing strategies to drive sales growth through various channel such as E-comm for domestic, overseas, corporate and Travel retail for pre-order and inflight sales. Essential ability to handle operational and administrative task as part of process.
Responsibilities
Channel sales:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets for channels in alignment with brand guidelines and business objective.
- Collaboration with marketing and ecommerce team to develop channel specific marketing campaigns and visibility.
- Coordinate with production team on launch date for all channel sales.
- Coordinate with TR team on inflight listing and submission.
- Maintain required margins on P&L
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measure if required.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and present findings for weekly update.
- Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for online activities
Administrative:
- Prepare catalogue for corporate channel.
Submission of all campaign brief and inflight listing
Requirements
- Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce domain web management is required.
- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.
- Strong business acumen with timeline management.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
- Initiative approach on task allocated.
- Strong sense of ownership, results driven with problem solving skills
- Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties
- Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
