Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality.
• Proven experience in mechanical processes, including metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, milling, and knowledge of tooling and the design/manufacture of fixtures and jigs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (includes four round-trip tickets to Singapore annually and separate arrangements for living accommodations).

Responsibilities

· Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations;

· Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;

· Preparing specimens and samples;

· Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters;

· Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced;
