Responsibilities:
Ā· Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
Ā· Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas
Ā· Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
Ā· Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
Ā· Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
Ā· Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
Ā· Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline
Ā· At least 2-3 yearsā experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
Ā· Required to possess class 3 driving license
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ā· Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
Ā· Excellent time management
Ā· Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ā· Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
