Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Salary: Up to S$2,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in new business, inquiries from Financial Representatives, and post-sales support
• Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, addressing them in a timely and professional manner
• Perform data entry to maintain records and databases accurately
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the completeness of application documents
• Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Our client, one of world’s largest financial services institutions is looking for:

Trade Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end (holding the trade from inception to expiry) processing support to Global Financial Markets on Structured Derivative products across Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong
• Ensure accurate validation and timely settlement is being performed on all relevant trades
• Participate in critical initiatives, process improvements and projects to enhance processes and productivity, and take accountability to ensure successful implementation thereafter
• Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level
• Proactively seek for opportunities to data discovery and insight
• Perform validation of all Structured Derivative products against source documents in Murex or Front Arena systems
• Authorise payments and receipts for above mentioned GFM products
• Perform Fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena systems
• Liaising of settlement or fixing with respective counterparties and local GFM Ops
• Ensures all reconciliation breaks or exceptions are investigated and resolved within stipulated turnaround time
• Ensure all inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre and post-trade are effectively managed
