Job Description:
• Provide technical advice and solutions to the team.
• Supervise and lead the survey team in handling survey related issues
• Technically strong and experienced in planning, setting up, installation, commissioning,
troubleshooting and maintenance of automated and manual monitoring system
• Practically carry out installation, setting out, as built and survey monitoring works
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate surveying tasks among the survey team
• Control all survey instruments and equipment. Ensure calibration is done regularly and
maintain its calibration records
• Prepare as built report, drawings and method statement of all survey related works
• Establish baseline reading and ensure a smooth transmission from processed data to web
interface
• Perform survey data processing, data analyses, verify result to ensure reliability and
accuracy.
• Conduct survey training to junior surveyor or chainman. Maintain the professionalism and
evaluate the survey team performance
• Follow WSH Regulations and Company compliance system to ensure safe and high quality
of work
• Any additional assignments tasked by the Management as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or equivalent
recognised by SISV
• At least 2 years in surveying or geotechnical instrumentation is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Total Station and Dumpy Level
• Good interpersonal skills and physically fit to carry out required survey work
• Excellent team player and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
