Responsibilities
• Supporting of the project management team and team members in the day-to-day operations of the project
• Resource management (i.e. on/off-boarding, leave tracking, account provisioning), handling of administrative processes with client and team members
• Minutes taking at client and team meetings, preparation of meeting decks to be sent to client on time, tracking of deliverables, financial, procurement and inventory/assets management; collating and generating reports
• Ensuring the team complies with client data protection, initiating and managing process improvements, maintenance of project site office facilities.
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
• Able to manage multiple project teams’ requirements.
• Good communication skills
• Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
• Process-oriented, with good documentation and collaboration skills.

1. Have a good eye for details, calling out and checking on items without letting them drop.
2. Takes initiative and a keen learner, analytic ability to review and improve processes.
