Responsibilities

• Brand promo activities/packaging artworks editing, managing advertising and promotion
• Support as in house designer for urgent packaging editing/new POSMs creation etc
• Website maintenance/editing (ensuring website information is up to date)
• To support in development and planning of new products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization
• To support ad hoc marketing activities whenever possible.

Requirements

• Conducting end-to-end reviews of Futures & Derivatives Clearing processes, ensuring seamless execution from trade initiation through to settlement, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency."
• Evaluating the entire control processes from beginning to end, forecasting requirements, pinpointing areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with input from subject matter experts and other sources.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager/ Business Analyst
• Knowledge on Futures and Options products and Clearing industry
• Knowledge of Operations businesses/ functions in an Investment Banking environment beneficial
• Have experience of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the electrical team in the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost, and in compliance with company's and regulatory standards and requirements, and meeting customer’s expectations.
• Good knowledge and experience of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of MV/LV switch gears, HV/LV motors, 230KV SF6CB, 21 KV GCB, VFD’s MOVs, HVAC, overhead crane, battery charger & UPS, transformers, electrical protection systems, static frequency converter and static excitation system etc.
• Troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure.
• Develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant before executing maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arises in the plant.
• Assist the section head to identify, plan & review the training needs of the section.
• Assist the section head to review and identify spare requirements classifying under Strategic or Inventory spare.
• Assist the section head to develop the section's Maintenance budget.
• Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations)
• Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Engineering
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in relevant Maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry
• Experience in High voltage to 230kV switching and maintenance
• Ability to lead a team
