Job Responsibilities

Baggage Operations

• Supervise baggage operations to ensure timely dispatch to aircraft as per airline requirements and aviation authority stipulations.
• Monitor and oversee the sorting and dispatching of baggage to ensure it is directed to the correct aircraft without delays.
• Collaborate with other team, including ground crew and logistics, to guarantee seamless baggage flow throughout the process.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during baggage handling, ensuring quick corrective actions are taken.

Load Control

• Perform Weight & Balance responsibilities for departing flights, ensuring aircraft structural weights are within safety parameters.
• Complete load sheets and related Weight & Balance documentation in accordance with IATA regulations.
• Handle pre-load calculations, load distribution and planning, timely issuance of loading instructions, and presentation of load sheets to pilots before departures.

Ramp Operations

• Supervise ground handling and ramp operations to ensure efficient and safe aircraft turnaround.
• Oversee flight handling to maintain operational excellence.
• Lead and guide ground crews to maintain high standard of accountability, teamwork, and adherence to operational goals.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges or irregularities, minimizing delays and ensuring on-time performance

Job Scope

You will play a crucial role in engaging stakeholders to define project requirements, selecting suitable vendors, and managing the delivery of services, software and setup of hardware, and Project Manager/Quality Assurance work for projects. The Person

Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering

3 to 5 years of work experience in business analysis and project management, preferably with focus on stakeholder and vendor engagement

Experience in defining requirements and delivering IT hardware and software implementation project

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile practices

Proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) services, defining access rights, and implementing efficient onboarding processes

Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to AD and access management, and understanding of cybersecurity principles, including data protection and threat management

Understanding and deployment of clinical IT environment, Health Information Bill (HIB) cybersecurity requirements for systems, data, policy and team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills

Operating knowledge of standard CMS systems

Clinical IT and Clinical Management Systems (CMS) deployment experience are essential

Support Teaching and Learning

• Provide multimedia support (e.g., photography, video production, live streaming etc.) to facilitate the delivery of lessons and events, and support administration tasks for teaching and learning (e.g., burning CDROMs for listening comprehension, printing of media resources etc.)
• Provide in-class support to teachers implementing ICT integrated lessons (e.g., navigate and troubleshoot apps and productivity tools in class for teachers and students)
• Provide technical advice in terms of multimedia hardware and software that the school can purchase to support the teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas
• Proficient at administering Google Classroom environment for school

• Provide videography/photography/live-streaming/video-conferencing support for coverage of school events and functions
• Provide editing and post-production works using software e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects
• Plan and implement multimedia training e.g., on Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Flash, Illustrator), photography and videography, for staff and students
• Work closely with ICT team (e.g., ICT Associate, Desktop Engineers) on multimedia requirements and support required by staff and students

Management of Multimedia Equipment and Inventory

• Perform maintenance and upkeep of multimedia equipment
• Maintain usage and service records of multimedia equipment and replacement
• Manage loans of multimedia equipment via school standardised loan procedures
• Perform asset checks of multimedia equipment
