Job responsibilities:

• Product promotion and technical support to customers, including regional customers
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions to showcase product capabilities and features
• Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with sales and follow up customer project coordination
• Develop and evaluate hardware/software solutions for memory products
• Collect and analyze market data to identify industry trends and prepare reports
• Liaise with headquarters to resolve technical issues and propose solutions
• Understand and analyze customer requirements, recommending new products or system solutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

· Possess technical and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams

· Manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to build out

The Job:

• Network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system.

• Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones.

• Provide technical documentation support to project and solutions teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to maintenance support team.

• Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the System Delivery team.

• Carry out other technical-related duties that may be required.

The Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or its relevant field.

• Network certification in CCNA, CCNP or CCIE, is an advantage.

• Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.

• Proficient in performing network analysis and troubleshooting using network and protocol analyzers.

• Senior and Lead Network Engineer-level will lead a team of network engineers.
