Responsibilities

• Brand promo activities/packaging artworks editing, managing advertising and promotion
• Support as in house designer for urgent packaging editing/new POSMs creation etc
• Website maintenance/editing (ensuring website information is up to date)
• To support in development and planning of new products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization
• To support ad hoc marketing activities whenever possible.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience in the same capacity
• Knowledge on using illustrator/photoshops for design of artworks/POSMs/editing package
• Social media knowledge/experience will be added advantage

(5 day work week, 44 hrs shift per week)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and ensure excellent service quality.
• Take orders, handle cashier duties, and oversee accurate data entry in the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and uphold food hygiene standards.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
• Supervise and train service crew members, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
• Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule to optimize manpower.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
• Assist in barista duties, including the preparation of coffee beverages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or relevant F&B experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using a POS system is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid food hygiene certificate is preferred.
• Posses basic Barista experience
• A positive attitude, responsibility, and a proactive approach to challenges.
