Job Responsibilities:

· Contractors management

· Create and Foster conducive environment for attracting, retaining and developing Service Partners

· Interview & provide training to engineers in technical skills

· Administrative support e.g. Patching, verifying of service reports & invoicing

· Follow up payment with Service partners

· Develop program to accelerate repair sales and contract retention from Service Partners

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

· Experience supervising subcontractors
