Job Title – Site Manager
Job Description & Requirements.
1. Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of projects·
2. Co-ordinate with Main Contractor, Consultor, Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on Technical Matter, Progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports.
3. Liaison with Owner/Consultor and Main Contractor with the various agency on the incoming utility service.
4. To develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites·
5. To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities·
6. To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances·
7. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants·
8. Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior·
9. Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary Works.
10. A License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker.
Requirements: ·
1. Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) / Construction or equivalent. ·
2. Min 2 years’ experience in similar experience and managing a few sites. ·
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. ·
4. Knowledge in project management. ·
5. With BCA BCPPF qualifications is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.
7. Holder of as a License Plumber/License Gas Service Worker.
