a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;
b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;
c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies,
ensure adherence to quality standards;
d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including
preparing test data when necessary;
e) Develop and maintain automated test scripts;
f) Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as
performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;
g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for
the Authority’s systems;
h) Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s
appointed contractors for testing;
i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing
test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and
recommend process optimisations and best practices;
j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as
scheduled.
a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics
Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be
preferred;
b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality
Analyst will be an added advantage;
c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal
skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;
d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:
i. Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; and
ii. Testing for government public services.
e) Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to
interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
