Duties of Buyer:

• Analyze sales and purchasing data to identify market trends and support decision-making.
• Conduct cost analysis to assess total costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Experience in overseeing complex operations in laundry services, bakery operations, business outsourcing services, or kitchen operations, especially in a regulated or high-demand environment (e.g., hospitals, correctional facilities).
• Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis, with a solid understanding of P&L management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly within the healthcare, correctional, and food services sectors, is a plus.
