Job Description

• Conduct group level fitness training following lesson plans
• Conduct fitness assessments such as Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)
• Implement, manage and enforce safe management measures and stipulated rules and regulations

• Perform risk assessment and enforcement of safety measures during training activities

Requirements

• Possess relevant fitness trainer certification, Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), ACE (CPT) or equivalent
• NITEC (Fitness) and Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science
• Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification preferred
• Passed IPPT (if eligible)
• Experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles

• Asist and work in SRTC Site for testing purposes.
• Monitor train signals, speed limits, track conditions, and weather conditions to ensure safe operations.

• Maintain communication with station control center, conductors, and other relevant personnel to coordinate operations and report any issues.
• Respond to emergency situations, including braking, troubleshooting, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, company policies, and safety standards while driving trains.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in engineering, mechanics, or transportation preferred.
• A valid Train Driver or Locomotive Engineer certification/license (requirements vary by country/region).
