Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Myanmar dishes for catering events.
• Design catering menus that meet client preferences and dietary requirements while maintaining authenticity.
• Supervise and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Source and manage the inventory of ingredients required for Myanmar dishes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet expectations.

Requirements:
