Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate with schools and external organizations to execute the Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) online/onsite workshops for seniors and youths.
• Design & create attractive publicity materials such as course pages and posters through the Training Management System (TMS) and related collaterals.
• Assist in recruiting, managing and coordinating with programme facilitators for online/onsite workshops for seniors.
• Oversee ILP workshops onsite or online when necessary.
• Manage administrative matters related to coordination role and provide administrative support.
• Handle senior enquiries through phone calls, text messages and emails
• Other duties as assigned
