LIMS QC Specialist (Pharmaceutical/ GxP/ 21 CFR Part 11)

Up to $7,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in QC, alongside with the following activities:

1. Master Data Collection
2. Write and execute LIMS IQ (Installation Qualification) Test Cases
3. Write and execute LIMS UAT (User Acceptance Test)
4. Write LIMS-related SOPs, including update/ revision.
5. Conduct end user training.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of other QC GxP Systems.
• Provide user administration support to laboratory system, support user requests including troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Write and execute QC application software validation test scripts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, related life Sciences or IT/ Technology with minimally 3-5 years of experience in QC Systems
• Good understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements
• Familiar with LIMS set-up and data structure
• Experience in writing and executing QC Systems test scripts
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and good communication skills to establish the partnerships with key stakeholders.

Job Description

Issue, print and mail out Tax Invoices

Issue Debit & Credit Notes

Sending E-invoices to selected customers

Sending of E-SOA to all customers

Timely Collection of Accounts Receivables

Data entry for supplier tax invoices

Sort, match and file Delivery Orders (DO)

Follow up on customers’ requests like sending copies of Tax Invoices, DO’s, etc.

Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department head

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to use email/Microsoft Word/Excel

Knowledge in using Microsoft Navision or any software is an advantage

Job Scope

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Preparation of monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement
