• Application Modernization:
  Lead the transformation of legacy applications into microservices architectures using OpenShift for improved scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• CI/CD & Automation:
  Collaborate with DevOps teams to refine CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies using tools like GitOps.
• Deployment & Scaling:
  Ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Mentorship & Best Practices:
  Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise, promoting best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience:
  7-8 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift architecture, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
  Proven experience modernizing legacy applications into microservices architectures.
  Experience working within the financial services industry and adhering to industry-specific regulations.
• Technical Skills:
  Expertise in OpenShift components and features, including ACM, ACS, Quay, and ODF.
  Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  Experience with GitOps workflows and infrastructure management tools.
• Soft Skills:
  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  OpenShift or Kubernetes certification.
• Additional Tools:
  Familiarity with Istio or other service mesh technologies.

Location: Clarke Quay

Salary: Up to $5500 x 13

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Develop CRM strategies and marketing campaigns to optimise customer retention and sales growth
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end, including the design, processes, performance tracking, QA and ROI reporting
• Manage, plan and execute CRM and marketing campaigns on all communication channels including email, SMS, etc
• Identify and implement new cost-efficient communication channels
• Analyse existing customer data to understand customer behaviour, improve brand loyalty and gain new leads and potential customers
• Adopt new trends and strategies such as upselling and cross-selling to expand customer base
• Manage loyalty programme and member acquisition
• Coordinate with IT, product, operations teams, graphic designer and other internal and external stakeholders in the execution of CRM strategies
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administrations and other related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with campaign management, preferrable in retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, CDP platforms, email and WhatsApp marketing
