Job Duties:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and producing the highest standard of food at all times

2. Assist in research and development (R&D) for new menu items, recipes, products and processes. Improve on existing menu items

3. Comply with all Company policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations complied

4. Establish performance and development goals for team members.

5. Assist Head Chef in ordering stocks to maintain inventory at all times

6. Follow procedures to ensure proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment. Replenish supplies in a timely manner and minimize waste.

7. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

8. Working closely with other Chefs of all levels

9. Perform other duties as directed by management / stakeholders

10. Cook and maintain kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Summary:

The Infrastructure and Tools (Cisco AppDynamics) Operations Engineer focuses on the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of Cisco Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions after their initial deployment (Day 1). This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco APM tools (AppDynamics) networking, application architectures, and ITIL practices. The engineer ensures the continued health, performance, and stability of the AppDynamics environment and its ability to provide valuable insights into application performance.

Job Scope:

• Implementation and Configuration:Support the implementation of Cisco APM solutions (AppDynamics) for customers
  Collaborate with clients to understand their application environments, business goals, and performance monitoring needs.
  Install, configure, and fine-tune Cisco APM agents and collectors to monitor applications and infrastructure components.
  Integrate Cisco APM with existing monitoring and management tools.
  Define and configure application performance baselines and thresholds.
  Develop custom dashboards and reports to visualize application performance data.
  
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Proactively monitor application performance metrics (response times, transaction volumes, error rates, resource consumption).
  Analyze performance data collected by AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis on outages, and preemptively alert for potential problems.
  Utilize Cisco APM tools to trace transactions, diagnose performance problems, and identify root causes.
  Collaborate with application development teams to optimize application code and infrastructure configurations.
  
• Troubleshooting and Optimization:Troubleshoot application performance issues using Cisco APM tools and diagnostic techniques.
  Work with network, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
  Optimize application performance by tuning application parameters, infrastructure configurations, and network settings.
  Implement performance improvements and validate their effectiveness.
  
• Maintenance and Support:Develop custom queries and metrics to enhance visibility into key problem areas in customer environments.
  Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of Cisco APM solutions.
  Ensure the availability and reliability of the APM infrastructure.
  Provide technical support to users of the APM tools.
  Stay up-to-date on the latest Cisco APM features, best practices, and releases.
  
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the APM environment.
  Create knowledge base articles and training materials for users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience with maintaining AppDynamics in a production environment
• Possesses ACIP (AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional) certification or is able to attain within 3 months.
• Has working experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of large-scale application deployment architecture and challenges in both on-premises and cloud environments
• Working experience with other observability industry platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.) and cloud experience is a good to have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our Executive Chef’s requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in creating delicious seasonal menus and meal designs.

Your duties will include recruiting new employees, responding to customer issues, and developing new menu options. You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender and quotation updates.
• Liaise with Procurement and Contract Managers on requests.
• Renew maintenance contracts, overseeing the entire process from approval to award.
• Prepare letters of award and compile contract documentation.
• Coordinate contract commencement meetings with vendors.
• Conduct final account assessments before contract expiry.
• Manage and maintain records of maintenance contracts.
• Analyze contractor assessment results and coordinate vendor management with Facilities Managers.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to contracts and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / procurement in building facilities/ services related.
• Experience in tender process (e.g. calling tender, tender evaluation, and tender award).
• Candidates with Quantity Surveying background is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting.
• Team player, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Acubuy, and SAP is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Fixed Income Credit/Rates sales desks across Asia (focused primarily on Japan) covering products including but not limited to Cash Bonds, US Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Futures and OTC derivatives products.
• Perform daily control functions such as trade allocation, confirmation, failed trade management and risk management.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients
• Act as a facilitator for onboarding new clients and KYC remediation
• Liaise with other support and control divisions such as Trading Middle Office and Settlement on resolution of day-to-day issues
• Liaise and maintain relationships with global partners
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and client data integrity
• Participate in UAT and new product initiatives
• Compile and submit MIS reports to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in preferably Finance or relevant disciplines with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experiences in a fixed income sales support or back/middle office role
• Relevant experience in Credit and Rates related products is an advantage
• Relevant client onboarding and KYC experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Professional communications skill in both spoken and written Japanese/English as this role covers the Japan market, provides sales support to the team in Tokyo and handles Japanese clients as well
• Detail orientated with strong sense of control
• Experience with CTM is an advantage
