Job Duties:

1. Greet customers as they enter

2. Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

3. Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

4. Prepare beverages following recipes

5. Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins

6. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)

7. Keep the bar area clean

8. Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates

9. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

10. Comply with health and safety regulations

11. Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Assist in setting up and tearing down
• Managing housekeeping for in-house funeral equipment
• General maintenance duties for funeral homes
• Assist on any other funeral related duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• ​​​​​​​Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Class 3 driver license would be advantageous
• With 1 year or without experience are welcome
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
• Scheduled at least 2 days of night standby per week

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the school’s visibility, attract students, and build community relationships.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content (website, social media, newsletters, brochures) that reflects the school’s values and offerings.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns to boost enrollment and engagement.
• Public Relations: Build media relationships, write press releases, and manage external communications to enhance the school’s reputation.
• Event Promotion: Plan and coordinate marketing for open houses, information sessions, and other school events.
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with faculty and staff to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned on key messaging.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials and platforms.
• Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Proven background in marketing communications or similar roles.
