Responsibilities:

• Review account opening for both individual and entity.
• Conduct periodic Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews of existing clients, perform Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and ensure overall compliance with procedural standards.
• Perform screenings, including Sanctions, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and adverse media/ negative news screening.
• Perform background screening of counterparties and employees.
• Advise and coordinate with front office on the CDD requirements by identifying gaps in the CDD documentation.
• Assist in maintenance of database for annual Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) reporting.
• Perform continuous review and improvement of the onboarding workflow and process, as well as update the Policy & Procedure Manuals (PPM) accordingly.
• Responsible for Operations Account Management systems’ projects, enhancement and automation.
• Assist in retrieval of signature via shared drive and provide support to other teams regarding updates.
• Prepare Letter of Offer and Closure letter.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management as well as certification in ACAMS or ICA.
• 3 years of working experience in Securities/ Private Banking firms.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Corporate CDD/AML, preferably with relevant experience in reviewing complex trust structure and complex fund investment an added advantage

Your Role and Responsibilities :

The Synergy Technical Sales Leader is responsible for fostering collaboration between specialists in infrastructure lifecycle and security lifecycle management solutions and the broader IBM and Red Hat technical solution engineers in the Asia-Pacific geography. The Synergy Technical Sales Leader will qualify sales opportunities in Asia-Pacific and provide leadership to bring those qualified opportunities to closure. The Synergy Technical Sales Leader will engage with partners and customers, enable teams across IBM and Red Hat, and help to coordinate the teams as they learn to work together.

Deep, practitioner-expertise and business domain knowledge in your specialist areas will present you as credible, confident, and convincing. With a perfect blend of deep technical experience and people engagement skills, you'll help teams articulate technology decision points (TDPs) and IBM sales plays in the context of your clients' infrastructure automation ambitions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Move Opportunities Forward: Assist in the qualification and routing of potential sales opportunities in Asia-Pacific, aligned to clients’ infrastructure automation challenges and IBM’s strong point of view for a solution.
• Communicate Technical Value: Deliver a strong point of view on infrastructure lifecycle and security lifecycle management including product capabilities that deliver high value to clients. Identify and create joint architectures with other IBM and Red Hat solutions, and enable others.
• Demonstrations: Where needed, deliver product presentations and develop demonstrations that clearly articulate IBM ability to take clients forward in infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Transfer Knowledge: Share your selling and technical experience with the rest of the IBM team, both formally and informally. Help others come up to speed on additional IBM technologies that have synergies with infrastructure lifecycle management.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Expert familiarity with the tools used by platform teams for automation in infrastructure lifecycle management, such as infrastructure as code.
  Expert familiarity with the tools used by platform teams for automation in security lifecycle management, such as secrets management.
• Expert familiarity with the processes and workflows across platform teams, cloud teams, security teams, and development/devops teams.
• Veteran-level pre-sales experience successfully selling complex software solutions.

• Strong presentation skills, to be used both externally and internally.

Requirement:

• Weekly 1 Visit = Monthly 4 Visits (each visit atleast 4 hrs)

Scope of Works:

1. Prepare and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure at all times that the fire safety requirements contained in the ERP are complied with.
2. Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises which include preventive maintenance (PM) servicing of fire protection system.
3. Ensure at all times that the occupant load of any part of the assigned building does not exceed the capacity prescribed under the Fire Code.
4. Conduct weekly checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises and each weekly visit shall not be less than 4 hours.
5. Attend to and coordinate with other agencies / suppliers / PE / QP for testing of fire prevention & protection equipment for mandatory attainment of building fire certificate.
6. Prepare and execute the ERP for the premises and distribute the ERP to the occupants of the premises.
7. Conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the SCDF Commissioner.
8. Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape, evacuation procedures and primary & secondary Assembly area.
9. Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises
10. Train, co-ordinates and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team’s exercises annually for the premises in first-aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
11. Train the occupants in the premises in first aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
