You shall faithfully and diligently carry out the duties and responsibilities of your position and work together closely with the President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer and the various group leaders. Your job duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:-

1. Assist in all administrative and financial matters as follows:

a. Tabulating the monthly secretary payroll.

b. Ensure all documents are filed and saved in an orderly and timely manner.

c. Minutes taking in all Seiwajyuku meetings.

d. Preparation of monthly financial statements.

e. Assist in all banking matters under the guidance of the Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary.

f. Local and overseas procurement of Seiwajyuku related books, literature and printing materials.

g. Timely issuance of all related invoices, membership fees collection, event payment

h. Ensure timely collection of Seiwajyuku’s membership fees and events and books payments.

i. Preparation of supplier’s invoices and payment documents for Executive Committee (EXCO) approval as well as all other payment arrangements.

j. Keeping track and doing quarterly inventory stock take of Seiwajyuku books, corporate gifts, etc. and producing a quarterly stocktake report of Seiwajyuku’s existing stock inventory.

2. To assist the study group and activities group on the followings:

a. Invitation of local and overseas entrepreneurs and teachers to conduct talks online, in Singapore or overseas.

b. Assist in the preparation works for all online and physical activities.

c. Pre-preparation and coordination of local and overseas study events and activities which involves arrangement of accommodation, transportation and food for local and overseas event presenters, event location set up, event registration, event coordination, etc.

d. Physical event logistics and follow ups (i.e. checking on event venues, liaising with event coordinators, etc…)

e. Preparation of budget forecasts for each event to show the profit and loss.

3. To use Seiwajyuku social media channel like WhatsApp, WeChat and Facebook to:

a. Disseminate activities and information.

b. Engage members and encourage them to join the Association’s local and overseas events and activities.

4. Engaging participants during events and encouraging them to sign up as Seiwajyuku members.

5. Execution of strategies involving set out by the EXCO and team leaders for the well-being of Seiwajyuku Singapore.

6. Any other matters assigned by the President and the EXCO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.

• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools.

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and analysts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform and recommend improvements or enhancements based on emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior System Analyst cum Developer with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Modern Workplace.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its integration capabilities with Power Platform.

• Experience in designing and implementing complex Power Apps solutions with a focus on user experience and functionality.

• Proficiency in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation and integration.

• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as Power Apps Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are a plus.
