• Offer guidance and training to parents and caregivers to support the child’s learning and development outside of sessions.
• Keep detailed records of each child’s progress, adjusting the intervention approach as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early intervention and special education.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Certification in early intervention or special needs education is preferred (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention – Special Needs, DAS certification, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with children with special needs or developmental delays in a one-to-one setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies.
