What you can look forward to:

Role

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 (O365), MS Teams, and Skype for Business solutions.

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Certificate Authority systems.

• Implement and maintain advanced Azure AD Premium features, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Deploy, manage, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, including 2022, 2019, 2016, and legacy OS versions.

• Work with hypervisor technologies such as VMware vSAN, Nutanix, and Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct.

• Manage enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery systems using solutions like Simplivity, Cisco HyperFlex, and other cutting-edge technologies.

• Implement and maintain enterprise-grade servers and infrastructure from vendors like IBM, Dell, Cisco UCS, HPE, Lenovo, Super Micro, and Fujitsu.

• Optimize infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.

• Ensure efficient configuration and usage of Cisco Teams and other collaboration platforms.

• Enable seamless communication across teams using integrated IT tools.

• Design and manage cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-premises services to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft solutions, and cloud technologies.

• Proficiency in managing hybrid cloud environments, with strong knowledge of AWS and Azure.

• Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD Premium, SSO, MFA, and Group Policy management.

• Hands-on experience with hypervisor technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct).

• Strong understanding of enterprise backup and storage solutions like Simplivity and Cisco HyperFlex.

• Solid knowledge of enterprise hardware (IBM, Dell, Cisco UCS, HPE, Lenovo, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

• Experience with IT automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar).

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM frameworks.

• Knowledge of legacy OS migration and modernization projects.
