• Work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within the medical centre and/or mobile medical services event to contribute to the performance of the team
• Follow up and support reporting officer in handling patient relation issues.

Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance

• Responsible for keeping inventory of equipment and their maintenance.
• Responsible for reporting to the Centre Manager of any machine breakdown or damage to property.
• Responsible for adequate supplies of stationery and other consumables.

Others

• Ensure up to date product knowledge.
• Attend training when assigned by Centre Manager/ Mobile Medical Services Manager
• Maintains a safe and clean environment for the patient at all times.
• Accompanies patients to various departments as and when required.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.
• Candidates will be required to travel across different medical centres (Beach Road,Fernvale,Chai Chee)

(A) Job Summary:

• Manages the purchases of construction materials at site.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

• The Purchasing Officer (Site) is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Quality

•  Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
•  Ensure timely delivery of orders.
•  Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
•  Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.
•  Follow up on complaints on product quality.
•  Process and generate PO/RO
•  All other tasks assigned

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

•  GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
•  At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•  Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil projects.

(D) Personality:

•  Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long term relationships.

(E) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

•  Good time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
•  Team player.
•  Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: up to $3500

Duration: 3 months contract

• Assist with inventory management for corporate gifting, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates.
• Support the Marketing team in brainstorming event ideas and executing event plans.
• Coordinate various tasks involved in gifting and events to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication for ongoing projects.
