Job Descriptions:

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and requirements
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project progress and project schedules
• Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
• Assist to liaise and coordinate with the technical team, clients, main contractors and authorities with regards to the project
• Plan and coordinate project for various sites and projects undertaken by the company and when assigned by company including but not limited to the areas of logistics and resources, manpower, equipment, etc.
• Responsible for the Planning, Coordinating Logistical arrangement for timely delivery of product / services to customer according to project requirement and schedule.
• Prepare and write construction project plans (CPPs), method statements, risk assessments and proposals;
• Attending all meeting and presentations for operations, blasting conferences and all company’s internal meetings.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project administration is a plus
• Ability to work on tight deadlines, task oriented and meticulous
• Excellent organization skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Ability to work independently yet a team player

Working Day: 5 days work week, 8 hour Rotating Shift

Working Hours: Weekday 7am - 3pm // 130pm - 930pm and Weekend& PH: 715am - 315pm // 1015am - 615pm

Salary: Basic starting from $3000, adjust according to performance

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes
• Possess Pilates Reformer certification
• CPR and First Aid certification would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Pilates Reformer group classes and private sessions
• Provide personalized instruction and modifications to ensure safe and effective workouts
• Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and proper technique
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all participants
• Stay up to date on the latest Pilates methods, trends, and industry best practices
• Assist with equipment maintenance and studio organization
• Assist with covering Receptionist's role with admin duties
