Job Description:
The role supports the Compliance team in managing regulatory compliance projects, working with key stakeholders, including the Head of Regulatory Liaison, Conduct and Culture, and the Chief Compliance Officer. The candidate should have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage regulatory compliance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide regulatory compliance advice to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and compliance records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory compliance projects, providing updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Interpret complex regulatory legislation and industry standards.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in the Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act, and industry requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
