Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Logistics Assistant/Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
• Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, regularly summarise and categorize delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.

• NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• 1-year experience in warehouse operations is preferable.
• Proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, good integrity, attention to detail, good professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
