• Provide perioperative nursing care

Roles and Responsibilities

Patient Care Management

• Prepare operatinf room and ensure it is ready for procedurs
• Uphold patients' rights and maintain confidentiality
• Conduct pre-operative assessment and complete safely checks before surgery
• Verify the full preparation of surgical sets, sutures and other equipment
• Assint in IR Procedure room
• Support the surgeon and coordinate with anesthetists/ surgeon
• Monitor and participate in anesthesia, recovery and circulating duties within the team
• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis where necessary.
• Provide guidance for new or junior staff to ensure quality-nursing care is rendered.
• Implement and maintain sterility and asepsis principlesfor all procedures and techniques.
• Comply with established guidelines of infection control practices.
• Recognize and intervene in emergency situation involving patient care or other team members.
• Document accurately and legibly in relevant patient care records and in billing of consumables and implants
