1.DC Environment Support; and

2.DC Facilities Management Services.

DC Environment Support

Shall monitor the facilities infrastructure in the DC to ensure that they are within the operating levels defined by the Customers. The infrastructure to be monitored shall minimally include:

(a)Power infrastructure (such as Uninterrupted Power Supply and power distribution boards);

(b)Cooling Infrastructure (such as computer room air-conditioning units);

(c)Fire detection and suppression systems (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);

(d)Environment monitoring system (such as humidity and temperature); and

(e)Water leakage detection.

(f)Shall ensure the DC infrastructure is monitored on twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

(g)The Vendor shall inform the Customer within one (1) hour when problems are detected.

(h)Shall work with the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier to resolve any infrastructure issues detected in accordance to the support hours as required by the Customer.

DC Facilities Management Services

(a)Shall ensure, through daily inspection, that the general cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre are maintained by the Customer-appointed Supplier.

(b)Shall work with Customer-appointed Supplier on site preparation tasks such as network cabling and electrical wiring, when required.

(c)Shall ensure the network cabling in the data centre and within the racks are neat and tidy.

(d)Shall work with the Customer-appointed Supplier for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, servicing, repair and upgrading works to the infrastructure at the Customer’s premises and premises identified by the Customer.

(e)Shall plan and coordinate the maintenance activities. This includes polling the affected parties, obtaining the Customer’s approval, and sending out messages to inform the affected party.

(f)Shall obtain the Customer’s approval before finalizing the plan for any activity.

(g)Shall provide on-site support during the maintenance activities unless otherwise agreed by the Customer.

(h)Shall maintain up-to-date documentation of the data centre design layouts.

(i)Shall manage the physical security of the data centre in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Customer.

(j)Shall monitor the following physical security infrastructure to ensure they are within the operating levels defined by the Customer:

Security Alarm and Security Card Access System; and

Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).

(k)Shall ensure that only authorised personnel are allowed to access the DCs.

Requirement – DC Operations

Minimum Requirement:

The DC Operator shall possess minimally the following skill sets:

(a)Three (3) years of working experience in Data Centre Engineer Operations experience;

(b)Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) or equivalent; and

(c)ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or equivalent

Indoor Relationship Manager (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

You will be responsible for generating new sales leads, quantifying and qualifying these sales leads utilizing globally agreed selection criteria before assigning the lead to a sales channel. You will also manage and coordinate Multi Channel Customers that do not currently have sufficient volume to warrant a phone call or field visit and to re-qualify and to endeavor to move as many of these accounts to Telesales or Field sales by assessing potential business growth through qualifying questions and direct marketing responses.

Responsibilities

· Qualify all internal and external lead sources in order to pass leads to the appropriate sales channel

· Quantify express revenue potential and validate customer information and needs (segment) through using the globally agreed selection criteria to produce quality leads and accounts to ensure company achieves its overall sales/revenue objectives and targets

· Raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database ensuring customer information is available throughout the organization

· Maximize all opportunities to secure new business by providing account facilities to customers through the leads qualification process

· Adhere to regional standards and agreed procedures/processes

· Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner

· Contact companies and individuals currently not holding an account and confirm customer details and identify traffic profiles thereby assessing quantity and quality of future business

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in telemarketing or customer service

· Sales and results-oriented, pro- active and possess a positive work attitude

· Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure and tight deadlines

· Demonstrate good spoken and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and IT savvy

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full spectrum of accounts in Singapore, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), ensuring compliance with IFRS. Oversee data transfer from the local ERP accounting system to the corporate reporting system (Cognos).
2. Review financial reports and accounting statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing processes.
4. Support the preparation and filing of annual financial statements, corporate tax returns, and GST submissions.
5. Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee the management of fixed assets and inventory.
6. Supervise and ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Provide accounting support for AP, AR, and GL activities for Vietnam and Thailand operations.
8. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
