Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Speech Therapy, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient services
• Competent in dysphasia assessment and management

Our client, a renowned and prestigious international bank, is seeking a Settlement Officer to join their Operations Department.

Position Title: Settlement Officer
Reporting to: Manager, Operations Department
Contract Duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible

Main Tasks and Duties:

• Process inward and outward RMB transactions.
• Investigate payment instructions when inquiries arise.
• Attend to internal and external customer inquiries and investigate non-receipt of funds.
• Collect charges from customers.
• Check and process account opening documents for participating banks.
• Prepare month-end reports and reporting data for participating banks.
• Coordinate with other business departments regularly to optimize internal systems and procedures.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Banking and Finance.
2. Good knowledge of accounting is advantageous.
3. Strong data analysis skills.
4. Fluent in English and Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leave administration for staff.

Requirements

Job scope:

• To create an engaging atmosphere where all members can achieve their personal fitness goals, in addition to cleaning and maintaining the equipment and fitness facilities.

• Daily interface with members of the Fitness Team.

• Contact newly-joined members with first four weeks for induction session appointment (driven by the Fitness Manager).
• On-floor coverage at all times (strength, free-weight & cardio areas) by enforcing correct technique in the execution of all movements and exercises.
• Ensure monthly KPIs of Personal Training Sales and Conducted are met.

Requirements:

• Recognised Personal Training qualification / diploma in sport science.
• Prior personal training work experience is an added advantage.
• Experienced in encouraging regular participation of exercise programs.
