Job Responsibilities:

• Apply functional requirements and use engineering tools to design electronic circuits or control systems for product changes or new development under direct supervision.
• Utilize software tools or applications to analyze and test electronic circuits or systems, documenting performance against design criteria.
• Identify testing objectives at a component level following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and evaluate test results.
• Assist in preparing component specifications and follow established work processes to document designs.
• Collaborate in preparing materials for design reviews.
• Work with mentors to understand the process of submitting invention disclosures and recognize ideas with potential intellectual property (IP) value.
• Communicate effectively as a team member to contribute innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative by exceeding expectations and paying close attention to detail, ensuring work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.

Job Requirements:

• Skills acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marine / offshore industry
• Knowledge of functional and operational requirements related to design of all types of ships and offshore vessels or platforms
• In-depth knowledge and experience of his engineering field
• Well versed with regulatory and class requirements
• Possess effective communication and people skills
• Possess supervisory skill to coach and motivate staff
• Able to work in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering design software (eg Autocad or SmartMarine 3D)

• Review of business/exception/extension memos
• Assist in management, HO and regulatory reporting
• Assist in audit and regulatory inspections/requests
• Review of AML policy and procedure and to undertake appropriate changes
• Conducts AML relating training as and when necessary
• Sharing session with Transaction Monitoring and Sanction team members during ongoing regular meetings
• Dissemination of regulatory updates from STRO/authority

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field Working Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity in a Bank in Singapore
• Strong knowledge in local rules and regulations
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

• Coordinate critical shipments to meet deadlines through cross-functional teamwork
• Handle customer claims, returns, and credit/rebill processes
• Support Accounts Receivable in resolving payment-related issues
• Track part usage/demand for existing contracts and collaborate on pipeline management
• Analyze root causes of order issues and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and reports for order and customer issue resolution
