Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Twin Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and application of cutting-edge digital twin technologies for data centers. By integrating modeling, simulation, and analysis, you will help drive innovation in optimizing data center operations. This position is key to our vision of promoting sustainability and efficiency in the industry. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze and process HVAC design data for data centers, focusing on cooling systems and airflow management.
· Develop detailed digital twin models using in-house platforms for visualization and simulation, incorporating calibration to ensure accuracy.
· Conduct simulations to evaluate energy efficiency, thermal dynamics, and airflow optimization to identify areas for performance improvement.
· Provide actionable insights from simulation results to optimize system performance.
· Prepare comprehensive analytical reports that detail findings, optimization strategies, and key performance metrics.
· Leverage data analytics to identify trends, detect anomalies, and uncover opportunities for enhanced performance during project execution.
Requirements:
· Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Knowledge of HVAC system, such as chiller plants, cooling towers, and airside cooling, is a strong plus.
· Experience with CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) or CAD software is desirable.
· Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools is an advantage.
· Proficiency with digital twin technologies is highly desirable.
· Ability to analyze complex simulation data and extract actionable insights.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical findings clearly and effectively.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
· Prior experience in digital twin development, data center projects, or related fields is a significant advantage.
