c) To effectively handle customer’s direct complaints and feedbacks so that situation won’t be aggravated;

d) To closely co-ordinate and supervise progress of works by ensuring timely and safely completion of each works and fully comply with customer’s needs;

e) To update daily work done for all jobs;

f) To lead team in performing house-keeping on site after every jobs is completed;

g) To ensure compliance with ISO requirements & EHS standards;

h) Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:

· Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;

· Report unsafe acts and incidents;

REQUIREMENTS

· Possess a class 3 driving licence

- At least 3 years of working experience in paving construction
