• Assist in calling quotations and purchase spare parts
• Ensure contractors submit gondola checklist before using the gondola and check the gondola after use.
• Ensure contractors carry out daily toolbox meeting with their workers
• Assist in ISO and safety audit

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
• Preferably with M&E project upgrading experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.

• Knowledge of integration strategies with other ITSM tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing tasks.
• Create invoices and send them to customers.
• Manage billing schedules to meet customer and company needs.
• Check invoice details against contracts or quotes to ensure they are correct. Address any issues proactively.
• Communicate with customers about any billing questions or disputes.
• Keep accurate billing records in the system.
• Support accounting tasks.
• Monitor customer accounts for unpaid or late payments and take necessary actions.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
