• At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in general administration within a school environment is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Internet-based tools like Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.

1. Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students aged 13 to 17 years.

Contract Period:

Working Hours:

• Days: Mondays to Fridays
• Time: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM (no lunch break included)
• Service Exclusions: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Errands & Messaging:Convey messages to parents and staff within the school premises.
   
2. Data Entry:Record the late coming of students.
   Maintain records of loaned uniforms to students.
   Update the daily staff absence data.
   Log student sick reports in the designated log books.
   
3. Document Handling:Receive and register incoming documents at the front office.
   
4. File Management:Sort and organize daily files at the office counter.
   
5. General Administrative Support:Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by school leaders.
   

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Educational Qualifications:

• Preferably a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Prior general administration experience, particularly in a school environment, is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic internet tools (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp Web).

Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively with students aged 13 to 17 years.

• Experienced with entire project processes including authority submission
• Able to manage multiple projects independently
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience required
• Data Centre project experience is highly preferred
• Possess relevant educational background in Architecture
