MindChamps Singapore is looking for theatre/drama trained applicants and triple threat (music/dance/drama) applicants for some upcoming exciting enrichment programmes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of age-appropriate teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes
• Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.
• To teach the following programme, Music for the mind, NeuroMooves programme, Creativity & Theatrical Strategies, Gourmet moment.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or 2 years’ experience as an Enrichment teacher in Gym movement, Music and Performing Arts.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience working with young children aged 18months to 6 years in theatre/speech & drama, music and movement programmes.
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education –Teaching (Mandarin Language) with at least B4 in Mandarin Language at GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent;
• At least 1 year working experience in a pre-school in Singapore;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Language to build warm relationships and partnerships with Chinese speaking parents and also, teach lessons in Chinese language.

• Work closely and communicate on a regular basis with business units to ensure alignment on projects overall service experience.
• Be part of the project team to deliver IT projects within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, SIT, UAT and user training, and ensure all project documentations are in place.
• Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors, and business stakeholders by coordinating amongst members to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations
• Update weekly reports on project progress and follow up with all stakeholders requirements and changes.
• Keep abreast of trends, industry disruptions and innovation in technologies to relate to and support business.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology with strong business analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of staff
• Experieced in how hospitality system works together to give customers a seamless experience.
• Experience facilitating business users to define problem statements, articulate desired business outcomes and drive business transformation or process re-engineering.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in running agile projects is preferred.
