Job Scope:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects stay within financial limits
• Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
• Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and report on financial performance
• Administer contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with terms

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Internal Controller

Skills: Internal Audits, Internal Controls,

• Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plan implementation.
• Execute and coordinate yearly company Internal Control self-assessment campaign.
• Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings, and perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of the process owners’ self-assessments.
• Identify main control gaps, formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to address the gaps identified effectively.
• Actively support local teams during implementation phases.
• Follow-up on the action plans and provide a clear picture of the progress and status for clear reporting and/or presenting to Management.
• Drive processes continuous improvement initiatives and advocate internal control good practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
• Oversees regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Main point of contact for MNC Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
• Co-ordinate with Internal country logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
• Attend and lead external & internal meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
• Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
