Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with at least 2 years' experience. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our client's shipping-focused IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor shipping-specific software systems.
• Liaise with teams to implement technology upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Knowledge of shipping-related IT systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Take the orders from their tables, communicating with the kitchen to place food and drink orders and deliver them to the correct tables.

9. Achieving established business Sales Target.
