Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution
• Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements
• To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement
• To ensure the profit margin is achieved the set target accordingly
• Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.
• Handover submission arrangement with the drafter team and project team
• Liaising with authorities, clients, Main-contractor, and consultants to resolve any contractual matters.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and works are per specifications.
• Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.
• Experience in infrastructural projects and construction-related works will be an advantage

• Central East, Singapore
• Mondays to Fridays, 9 am-6.30 pm
• Salary commensurate with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing administrative functions concerned with a project.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure accuracy of all status submissions to comply with project specifications and clients’ requirements
• Report to project manager for all the project documentation and project tracking schedule
• Providing support to project engineer and manager.
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENT

• GCE ‘O’ LEVEL or Higher qualification
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and sense of responsibility
• Able to work on Alternate Saturdays
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferred.

1) Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries

2) Handle any other hotline administrative functions

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent

• Minimum C5 for English O level

• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language

• Computer literate and good typing skills
