Key Tasks:
• Maintain a well-presented and professional reception area, making sure it is clean and that all gym visitors are greeted warmly.
• Acting as the face of the company while running the reception desk. Upholding a smart and professional appearance when meeting and greeting guests on arrival.
• Master the company’s system software and manage the appointment calendar.
• Take requests for and provide refreshments to visitors, including coffee orders and providing Ultimate Performance product shakes.
• Always maintain a well-presented shake-bar area.
• Confidently answer and transfer calls or note accurate message details to pass on to the relevant team or individual.
• Answer all queries, including from walk-ins, telephone, and emails.
• Processing incoming and outgoing post as well as organising couriers.
• Check gym stock supplies and order further stock when they require replenishing e.g., Ultimate Performance supplements and client refreshments.
• Provide gym tours to prospective clients, assisting in booking of consultations for any prospects with Personal Trainers to help convert into clients.
• Ensure all membership payments are kept up to date and that payments are received on time.
• Process payments for and assist in organising class bookings for all group training sessions held at the gym.
• Maintaining all personal training packages, ensuring they are always kept up to date and in credit.
